Cosmic Truth is an AI-powered astrology platform that generates personalised compatibility readings, birth chart analyses, daily horoscopes, and relationship insights based on astrological data you provide.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cosmic Truth. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password.
• ·You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ·You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Fake accounts or impersonation are prohibited.
• ·You may delete your account at any time. We will remove your data within 30 days of a deletion request.

Cosmic Truth offers both free and paid features:

Refund policy: Because our reports are AI-generated digital content delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery, contact support@cosmictruth.app within 7 days and we will make it right.

You agree not to:

• ✕Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale
• ✕Use automated tools to generate reports or interact with Nova in a way that circumvents usage limits
• ✕Share or resell reports generated for others without their knowledge and consent
• ✕Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• ✕Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice for serious violations.

All content, design, code, and branding on Cosmic Truth — including Nova's persona, the Cosmic Truth name, and our astrological methodology — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The readings and reports generated for you are licensed for your personal use only. You own the input data you provide (your birth details). You do not own the AI-generated output in a way that would restrict our ability to improve the Service.

Cosmic Truth is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• ·The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• ·Astrological readings are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• ·Nova's responses are free from errors or biases inherent to AI systems

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic Truth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of astrological readings.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice in the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
